12 August 2025: Soho Square Capital LLP (“Soho Square”), an investment firm focused on serving the financing needs of established and growing UK and European SMEs, is pleased to announce that Alex Kustovskyi has joined as Investment Associate, further strengthening its investment team.
Alex joins from Cairngorm Capital Partners, where he was an Investment Associate working on transactions including City Energy Network and PaintWell. Prior to that, he was with Diligent Capital Partners in Ukraine, having begun his career in corporate finance at KPMG.
Soho Square’s experienced team has been investing together for over 18 years, with a long-standing commitment to aligning its interests closely with the businesses it partners with. It structures investments, typically in the form of senior or preferred capital with minority equity stakes, to enable transformation, drive growth and support ambitious leaders to realise their long-term goals.
