Our Partnership Capital Funds
Through our Partnership Capital funds, Soho Square partners with founders and management teams of established and growing business in the UK and Northern Europe, providing partnership capital that lets owners retain control without the dilution of a majority equity sale.
The funds make investments using a broad range of structured capital solutions that are tailored to the needs of each investment. Soho Square closely aligns its interests with the companies it partners with and structures its investment, typically in the form of senior or preferred capital with minority equity stakes, to reflect the success its partners have already achieved:
- It provides capital to enable ambitious growth plans.
- It minimises equity dilution for remaining shareholders.
- It allows a strong alignment of interest with rolling shareholders.
- Flexible capital from a single source reduces transaction risk and opens up many structuring possibilities not possible within traditional capital models.
