We’re delighted to be nominated for the exit of Churchill Group in the UK Lower Mid-Cap Deal of the Year (EV on entry of €25-100m) category of the Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2024.
The Churchill deal structure was typical of the types of tailored structured capital solutions that Soho Square focuses on, providing flexible capital with dedicated portfolio company support, whilst also minimising equity dilution to leave Founders in control of the businesses they created.
The awards celebrate excellence in European private equity, with the winners to be announced on 18th April.
This nomination follows our recent shortlisting in the prestigious Private Debt Investor Awards 2023 in the Europe Lower Mid-Market Lender of the Year category.
