Netomnia designs, builds and operates full fibre optic networks, deploying FTTP (fibre to the premises) throughout the UK. Through its YouFibre subsidiary, it provides connectivity services to customers and businesses across its networks.
Soho Square complemented the founder’s significant investment with £21m of flexible growth capital with a priority senior secured return and minority equity stake. Its support has helped Netomnia roll out the network across the UK that is still largely reliant on legacy Openreach infrastructure, offering faster and more affordable internet access.
