The Group was Britain’s largest integrated service provider to housebuilders, local authorities and the education, facilities management and healthcare sectors.  Based in the North West, it operated over 40 branches nationwide utilising the largest labour force in the sector.

As a buy and build platform, it had completed 10 bolt-on acquisitions since our original investment and 25 acquisitions overall.
