Soho Square, an investment firm focused on serving the financing needs of established and growing UK and European SMEs, is pleased to announce that Jess Harper has joined as Asset Management Associate, further strengthening its value creation team.
Jess joins from Deloitte UK, where she was an Associate Director in the transaction services team, specialising in financial services. During her time at Deloitte, she advised on a number of notable transactions, including providing financial due diligence to NatWest Group plc on its acquisition of Evelyn Partners, supporting the merger of Mattioli Woods and Kingswood, and providing vendor due diligence in connection with the sale of Hayfin Capital Management LLP.
Jess began her career at Deloitte South Africa, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before moving to Deloitte’s New York audit practice and then to London.
